Well laid out and our family settled in quickly. Very good location for access to the beach and village pool complex. Parking was great for four cars. Customer service from Coastal Carolina was exceptional. Only negative comment I have is on the air conditioning. Even when both units were working it never seemed like the air flow through the house was very good. Perhaps the filters need changing. Also, the TV in the bedroom w/ the queen bed was not working well. It was spooling before bringing in a channel; perhaps an issue w/ the Wi-Fi. I do want to compliment Coastal Carolina (and especially Beau) for the very quick response to the few problems we had. The cul-de-sac view facing the golf course, water, and other lovely homes made for an enjoyable stay. The balconies available all around the home are great for sunrises and sunsets or view the stars at night. The hot tub made for several soothing moments. The outdoor shower at the home was useful for rinsing off the sand from the beach.
