As usual, it was spotless and fully equipped for four adults to stay comfortably. The management company, Coastal Carolina Vacations, was very responsive and getting a set up for our second vacation at this condo. We enjoyed having a TV in each room so that people could go and do what they wanted to do without interfering with others enjoyment. There are only two very small thing that I might suggest for improvement. The two sofas in the living room need a little bit of updating. They are getting lots of use and go well with the decor, but it’s too easy to sink down into the seats. The other suggestion I would make would be that a recliner be placed in the larger bedroom master suite so that when you’re watching TV, you can lay back and relax. I know that my mom would really appreciate it because she likes to go to sleep and nap while watching TV. As much as we love this condo, we are interested in staying a little further north next time. We will definitely be calling on Coastal Carolina Vacations to help us arrange this. We have been renting the same unit for over 10 years & it is perfect for our family! It is always clean & usually ready for us before 4pm which is great! The location is perfect for us! The bathrooms were nice! The unit was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook even has cake pans!!! Nice full size washer dryer unit. The patio is super spacious as is the kitchen living room and dining room due to it being designed as an open area. We loved it. There was plenty of parking. Not all units appeared to have tenants. People staying there were respectful and quiet. Can see the ocean but not the actual beach but the oceanfront view was beautiful. The pool was too the left of our unit, easy to access and allowed us to have a beautiful view of the dune and the ocean. The location was off the main 158 but literally one short block away to go in all directions on the outer banks, north to Corolla or south to Hatteras or west to Roanoke Island. The kitchen is well supplied. Newer appliances and very clean. The large balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hurricane the week before did push sand over the steps to the beach but that was fixed well enough to have easy access to the beach. This is a beautiful condo to spend your vacation. Very comfortable. We hated to leave. We were there the week before Hurricane Ian and the property manager was immediately responsive to our questions about the condo history regarding flooding etc. we eventually left early to avoid any weather issues despite no history of flooding at this site. If we come again I might choose to stay on the third floor for an even better view over the dunes but there was a nice view of the surf from the huge balcony. Was never fixed the entire week we stayed. I understand that storms can’t be helped but I really feel that some of our money should be refunded for not getting exactly what we paid for.
