Condo was absolutely wonderful. Third floor balcony with beautiful view of the dunes and ocean. Excellent beach in this area. Condo building in very good condition. Great parking and elevators. Condo is clean, good condition, well equipped, and comfortable beds. Storage space in parking garage handy. Pet friendly and nice huge lawn for dog walking. No issues with rental company. My only problem is I’m short. I couldn’t hardly reach that shower thing so I just brought it down for the week. lol. I couldn’t even reach the people on the door.😂😂😂😂 everything else was wonderful and y’all have nothing to do with how damn short I am😂😂😂 so looking forward to coming next year and I was just telling my sister I might just shoot down here again this year before winter thank you for making everything so nice. I do have one suggestion though somehow I don’t know if y’all could put trash receptacles down in the garage for y’all to pick up or something, but I’m in my 70s and my sisters in her late 60s and we actually did. That’s the only thing we had a problem with was getting that trash out there to the dumpster and then being able to toss it in there, we dropped it several times. We picked up everything of course, but yeah, that was the only thing me and her were wishing for maybe trash shoots in the hallway or some type of receptacle on each floor. The main concern we had was the day we were leaving they changed our unit entry code at 7 am unknown to us. As we were loading the car we could not get back in to our unit and our cell phones were inside. 40 minutes later another guest was outside and told us to try a code he had been given for his unit when he arrived early for his stay. This code worked on our unit as well which was concerning. We notified Coastal Carolina Vacations and they seemed unconcerned with the lax in security. - Frank C. Fortunately did not need the A/C until the last night because it was not working. Properly mangers are great to work with and was working on problem.
