Posted on 9/17/2026 ### (5/5 stars) We love this house and have stayed here several times. Our only complaints are the HVAC temperature was set to 75 degrees and would default back there several times/day which was not pleasant especially middle of night. There was a password required to change the comfort setting which we did not have. Also the 2nd floor king bedroom had a door that was difficult to close and if closed, very difficult to open. - Edward Posted on 8/2/2026 ### (5/5 stars) I Love this house! It is super close to the beach and all the beauty of Duck. The beds are extra comfortable, and everything is always clean. Very family friendly with gaming sets, books and pool. It is very relaxing and helps me to recharge to go back into work. Great stay every year! - John Posted on 7/13/2026 ### (1/5 stars) The house is lacking in reinvestment. Badly needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. Very dirty. Everything from trees keeping us awake at night as the winds cause limbs to bang against the house, to the BBQ looking nasty and not working, to holes in window screens, to the top deck railing being obviously dangerous, to the hot tub lights not working. This is just a partial list. Our impression was that someone is prioritizing profits over renters by a thousand miles. - Adam Posted on 6/7/2026 ### (5/5 stars) The home was a amazing experience, everything was clean and to the expectations. The house in a great location and we left very safe in the house and had a great time. - Armandor Posted on 5/25/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Great house! - Karri Posted on 5/17/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Wonderful! - Amanda J Posted on 12/5/2025 ### (5/5 stars) We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, very walkable to the beach, and the host was extremely responsive throughout our trip. Coastal Carolina’s space was spotless, exactly as pictured, and made us feel right at home. We would 100% book again! - Anjalia Posted on 9/1/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Wonderful location! Plenty of space for 3 families! Excellent kitchen- better than any rental i have stayed at. Only complaint was upper deck railings need to be replaced soon but overall great stay and would happily return. - Francesca Posted on 8/3/2025 ### (5/5 stars) This home was excellent and our whole party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were especially nice. There were tvs in almost every room and in every main living space on each floor. There were a good amount of beach chairs and a few small things like hot water in the outdoor shower, towel packages for each bed, and a glass door in the master bedroom upstairs that made it extra nice. We would definitely come back again! - Elvin Posted on 5/19/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Great! - Caroline Posted on 1/2/2025 ### Nice place to stay (4/5 stars) We love that the house had three separate living areas as we have a large family and it was nice that we could take a break in a separate part of the house. Overall, the house was wonderful. Definitely could use some dusting as there was cobwebs, bugs and dust on the lights in the kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and sound and very close to shops. - Gabrielle Posted on 9/16/2024 ### Second Visit (5/5 stars) Just finished our second visit to this property and had an incredible time. - Matt P Posted on 5/2/2024 ### Great home in a great location (5/5 stars) This beautiful home had everything our family needed for a wonderful spring vacation. Easy to go to beach and town, quiet and safe neighborhood. Kitchen was fabulous, beds comfortable. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer. We Would definitely return for more Beach Therapy! - Susan M. Posted on 4/7/2024 ### Great option for a get away (5/5 stars) Good option for our family and our pups. Way more bedrooms than we needed but a perfect vacation spot. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Property management was also very attentive and responded quickly to any requests. - Debbie E. Posted on 3/15/2024 ### Great house for a group trip (5/5 stars) We stayed for a week here (8 adults total). The house is in a great location between the beach and the sound, easy to walk and ride your bike too. Really close to the main shops and restaurants in Duck as well, but the house was in a very quiet location. The house was very clean upon arrival. The only things that I think could be improved/updated are the pool and deck furniture. There were also bikes there that looked like they were provided to the house guests, but after checking with the rental agency they clarified they were owner use only. It was a great stay and we would definitely recommend this to others. - Ariel M. Posted on 9/6/2023 ### We loved 123 Beach Therapy (5/5 stars) My family and I had a great time during our stay at 123 beach therapy. The house was conveniently located right near the town of duck as well as close enough to walk to the beach. About a 7 minute walk to the beach & just at the other end was the sound to catch the beautiful sunset. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their privacy. The pool was a good size. Pool table was so much fun to play. Any issues that we had during our stay was addressed asap. Thanks so much! - Anonymous U Posted on 7/25/2023 ### 5 Stars! A must stay. (5/5 stars) Beautiful home! It’s waking distance to the ocean and the town of Duck. We loved the private pool, hot tube, and all the other wonderful amenities this house has to offered. We can’t wait to come back to OBX and will only stay at 123 Beach Therapy. - Anonymous U Posted on 7/5/2023 ### (5/5 stars) This place was absolutely perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the beach as well as to the main attractions of the town of duck! The house was huge and had more amenities than we could even imagine using! We couldn’t have asked for better place to stay! - Tyler Posted on 5/22/2023 ### Perfect (5/5 stars) We have been vacationing in the OBX area for 20+ years and this home had to be the most idealistic experience. Walk down the street you have an easy access to a perfect ocean side beach and pier. Walk the other direction and you are bay side with downtown Duck shops and food within minutes. A short drive north are the Corolla ponies and south are all the attractions associated with Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil hills. Do not feel like going out? The convenient pool and jacuzzi are waiting. The kitchen was more than ample for larger family crews and the layout was perfect for beach living. Can’t wait to book again - Anonymous U Posted on 3/12/2023
