The house was perfect for our family! Even though the house is very spacious, the layout makes it feel cozy. Coastal Carolina has by far been the best realty company we’ve ever dealt with! We are looking forward to coming back!!

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. We had a great time with our family of 21. The only downside was the sleeper sofa which was unusable as a bed as it was too flimsy and uncomfortable.

The location was great. The pool was excellent. There was enough room for our large group, including spaces the kids could enjoy away, but close enough, from the adults. Our 11 year-old grandson called it "the stuff of legends." I would have to agree. And, Costal Carolina was great to work with.

We stayed at Tequila Sunrise with family, extended family and friends. The home is right on the beach with a walkway over. The pool was nice - unfortunately we stayed during the heat advisory so we didn't attempt the hot tub lol. The kitchen has nice amenities- love the ice machine! Nice having 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges as well as 2 washer dryers. Appliances looked new. Plenty of room in the dining area. The pool table and ping pong table were fun to have. The younger kids enjoyed the media room. The pool and balcony furniture were some type of wood - nice to sit on - not plastic - tho the pool loungers were plastic. Overall a very nice house. Coastal Carolina were great at reaching out with issues and very responsive to texts from us. Can't say enough nice things about them.

Tequila Sunrise has plenty of extras. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils. Dining tables have lots of room. The extras - pool table and ping pong table were nice to have. Enjoyed the walkway to the beach. It was during the heat advisory when we visited so the only thing we didn't use was the hot tub.

This was a wonderful house in the perfect location! The view was great from the 3rd floor. Great food around the location! Highly recommend Kill Devil Grill, Mulligans and Food Dudes! Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey Ridge - both are worth the climb!

We had a great time at this property last week Some sort of beach chairs and beach items would be nice to have had there, but the listing wasn't misleading in this regard. The house had plenty of space, plenty of nice kitchen supplies and the beach was great. Communication with property management was perfect - there was a power outage while we were out and about anf they were prompt with shooting us a note. Very good property management company.

Great property, location right on the beach with it's own walkway to beach. We loved it...house has everything you could want for entertaining your fam and friends: ping pong, pool table, hot tub, swimming pool, etc!

Our family reunion (adults and kids) loved the bright and spacious living area with views of the ocean! We loved our private boardwalk to beach, the super comfortable beds, the pool table, and the two dining room tables, and two dishwashers. There was plenty of room for us all to have our own spaces too. We were walking distance from grocery and home stores but the house still felt tucked into the dunes and private when facing the beach. My only suggestion would be to update the old Teflon cooking pans and add another set or two of wine glasses. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing! The house is stunning, the pool is wonderful, and the location is great! Close enough to the commercial area but in a very nice oceanfront location. I highly recommend this property. I can't wait to return!

We stayed at Tequila Sunrise over our school break. A group of 10, our ages ranging from 80 to 4. The house was comfortable, an easy walk to the beach, and very close to shopping and restaurants. The most appreciated part of our stay at this location was the rental company. They were quick to respond, we only had one minor issue on our stay. The pool pump stopped running, (on Sunday) we sent a text message not expecting a quick turnaround. Coastal Carolina however responded immediately and someone was there within hours and serviced the pool. We had no other issues the rest of our stay. We’ve had experiences with other rental companies in the past and none have ever been this attentive. Thank you Coastal Carolina for a fantastic OBX vacation.

What a perfect week - all our kids and grandkids together for Thanksgiving! The house was perfect for our crew - bedrooms for all the married couples and bunk rooms for single grandkids!! The house was clean and beautifully furnished and exceeded our expectations! Coastal Carolina Vacations was amazing - never worked with a company so responsive!! This house was the perfect location to restaurants and shopping. The beach was steps away on the private walkway. The house was great plenty of room and was in great shape. The rental company was fantastic, very quick to respond and let you know when the office would be closed and reopen. I have never had such a good experience with a rental company. I would definitely stay here again through Coastal Carolina Vacations. Thanks for the great experience.
