Ghostly Gallies of the Outer Banks: The Witching Hour Awaits

As the leaves turn and the air grows crisp, the Outer Banks transforms into a hauntingly enchanting destination for Halloween lovers. From October 17th through Halloween night, a series of pop-up bars celebrating the spirit of the season will be haunting the beach, offering spine-chilling cocktails, themed decorations, and ghostly good times.

Your Guide to Halloween on the OBX

1. Mama Kwans becomes Monster Kwans – a Gruel and Freaky Bar, where it’s All Ghoul!
   • Some of the festivities throughout the event include:
     • 10/19/24- Scary-OOO-Kee: Takes place from 10pm-midnight
     • 10/25/24 – Haunted Silent Disco with a Costume Contest. Takes place from 9:30-midnight with the Costume Contest beginning at 11pm.
     • 10/27/24 – Trunk or Treat – 5pm – 7pm
     • Pineapple decorating contest: Giving you the chance to decorate a Pineapple for Halloween rather than a normal, boring pumpkin! Winner will be chosen on 10/31/24.

2. Goombays becomes Gloombays and Frights – Where the sea meets the sinister!

3. Lucky 12 turns into Spooky 12 – Bringing you Fangtastic Food, Ghoulish Drinks and Spine-Chilling Events.
